The Esplanade’s original off-site collection space needed to be re-purposed, so the the City of Medicine Hat provided a new space for the them to store their collection. Our goal was to design a solution that not only maximized the space with a high density system, but also allowed for the storage of large heavy artifacts such as cast iron ovens etc.
Not only was this achieved, but it was made sexy in the process.
